Shipping: We are happy to ship your items within the contiguous United States. Our shipping rates are based from our location in Bethel, Connecticut. We ship by USPS or UPS depending on weight and size of the package. Orders will be shipped within 3 days of purchase, holidays excluded. Both USPS and UPS may experience longer than normal shipping times at different times throughout the year so we cannot guarantee when your package will be delivered.
If you live locally: We offer free store pick-up. Orders for pick up are usually ready within a few hours during our regular business hours. We will send you an email when it is ready. If you do not hear from us, please give us a call (203-791-0531) to check on the status.
Returns: We accept returns of unopened merchandise in new condition. Sale and seasonal (Valentine's Day/Easter/Halloween/Holiday) merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Return merchandise must be received back in new condition before you are refunded.
